The Drudgery that is Called Life

Honestly, I sometimes wonder why people seem to think that other people have to conform to the norm and stereotype. I am proud to say that I do not and when I am confronted about this I typically say "Thank you, I try!" Because it's like the people are complementing me by calling me for what I am - an anomaly. Now, I know that word has some negative connotations about it but really, call me weird, abnormal, a freak, bazaar, crazy, cooky, etc. I take them all as complements. I do not try to conform in fact, as my German teacher is quick to point out, I sing to my own tune. (I tend to sing off key anyway!) So this is me tipping my hat to all those who think I'm an Extra Terestrial.

Valentines and Computer Geeks

How do you know when a computer geek is in love with you? I don't. I know nothing about how their minds work. How do they know if you love them? You wrote them a valentine in Russian and gave them a stupid Russian nickname along with a bar of white chocolate and a red carnation, that's how.
As much as I hate to admit that the only guys that I seem to attract are computer geeks and gamers, I like it because I can't do anything fancy with a computer without blowing it up!
This brings me to my main point; if the same geek that you sent the Russian valentine to sends you back the same gift, (but not the one that you sent to them) does that mean they like you as well? Apparently. But here's the thing, if that means yes then why the hell did he say that we were still only friends?!?! For crying out loud boy MAKE UP YOUR MIND! BTW loved the white chocolate! I hate real chocolate.
